Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PayKenya. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.

The service

PayKenya is a cloud payroll platform for Kenyan employers. It computes statutory deductions and generates payslips and returns. You remain legally responsible for the accuracy of the underlying data and filings.

Accounts and access

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• You will notify us without delay of any unauthorised use.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in Kenyan Shillings. Failed payments may result in read-only mode after a grace period.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• No attempts to breach security, RLS, or rate limits.
• No use of the service to send unsolicited communications.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. Export of your data is available before termination.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
